Provocation is one of the causes of intentional homicide.

it forms a relationship between the perpetrator and the victim, and the victim has a positive role in pushing the offender to commit the offense as a result of his statements or acts which provoke his provocation and anger to commit murder.

through this study, we tried to conduct a field study of a sample of the victims of intentional homicide by examining five cases of murder in the state of Annaba, highlighting the impact of the victim's provocation on the commission of the murder, using the descriptive method and case studies, as well as observations and documents, in order to clarify the impact of the victim's provocation on the commission of the murder.
