during the last few years, many dangerous gangs constituted of very dangerous criminals.

these later are being popped up like mushrooms in both Algiers the capital or elsewhere, operating mainly in many new blocks of flats where many of them fight against each other using different arms such as blade, sword and even automatic guns, causing many criminal acts which might end to murder.

thus, our study aims to unveil all the secrets of this scourge as well as attracts the intention of the authorities about this imminent danger.

moreover, trying to find out the causes and the roots of this calamity and eventually exposes some ways to fight this horrible phenomena.
