Abstract EN

The research aims to determine the effect of time management on the level of performance of workers in the health sector amid outbreak of the Corona epidemic, and therefore we used the SEM with on a sample of 84 doctors and nurses in Algeria, and the result was a significant effect between each of the time management strategy, planning time, worker monitoring of time and employee performance, as for the ability of the model, it has been shown through quality and reliability indicatorsthatitis accepted.
