Childhood does not mean for people, other than the meaning of minors and shortcomings or youth, but in fact it is the basis for building the child’s life and thought, so it is the responsibility of every legislator to provide adequate protection for the child, especially from the dangers of economic exploitation, and the best approach to protection is the approach criminalization, aware of the consequences of child labor at all levels, and in order to ensure this protection, established it in the strongest text in the legal system, which is the constitutional text, similar to the texts of law that occupy a lower rank, such as the labor relations law and the child protection law, which reflects positively the protection equation is what we extract from this research paper.
