Bankruptcy crimes represent a serious danger to trade, investment and the economy of every country, this is due to their negative effects and dire consequences in many and multiple fields.

this issue led countries to work to confront and resist them, in order to strengthen credit department, and create a safe and encouraging economic environment for projects and investors.

therefore, bankruptcy legislation hastened to enact strict penal punishments against the perpetrators of bankruptcy crimes, so that these penalties will serve as a guarantee to limit their spread, deter anyone who thinks of committing them, take care of the interests of all parties, and protect trade and the economy in general.
