despite the large number of these organizations, the lack of respect for human rights and the multiplicity of violations are still increasing.

recently, a group of non-governmental organizations, led by human rights watch organization, have emerged.

which has tried to expose human rights violations all over the world and form pressure against the violators.

in this research paper, I will try to shed light on this organization by showing its founding, circumstances of its establishment, and its role in ensuring respect for human rights and international humanitarian law
