Abstract EN

The religion of Barghawatawas characterized by strangeness and simulation.

early historians and sociologists mentioned it very briefly and conflictingly in the historical accounts.

while some writers supported this faith, others interpreted its rules and thus strongly criticized and denied it.

the present scrutiny is an attempt to shed light and uncover the relationship between Barghawti and Islamic law.

it is intended to examine the way researchers dealt with narrated accounts that were reported by nomads, geographers, and historians.

the present study reflects al-Tarif simulation of Islamic law in placing their religion as a local legislation that helps the Barghouti society get rid from the spiritual, political and social dependence of the Arabs in the east.

we also discern the discrepancy that occurs in the reading of historical novels, inspite of their fewness, from orientalists of different affiliations, and even among the Arab academics themselves.
