Our research aims to shed light on the phenomenon of tribal war in the Islamic Maghreb from an anthropological standpoint، as it has been a more frequent and dominant occurrence on the life system in the Islamic Maghreb during most periods.

the subject of the tribe is on common ground between a number of disciplines of the family of humanities and social sciences.

our interest in anthropology originate from our conviction that this science is connected to this phenomenon (war and conquest), which we try to question by tracing its developments and the contributions of primitive groups in its creation as a tool to maintain its unity, differentiation and independence as a social and political entity.
