The business opportunity created by the foreign trade reform initiated by the Algerian state in 1990 is at the heart of the entrepreneurial dynamic in the pharmaceutical sector.
based on the analysis of the content of several documents, this research-paper aims to examine how the contextual specifics, the object and content of this reform influenced the process of identifying and exploiting this “objective opportunity” and the relationship with the state that the private national entrepreneurs immersed in this sector maintain through their actions.
this process contributes to the entrepreneurial dynamic through the creation ex nihilo of around a hundred heterogeneous businesses that create jobs and whose development trajectories are disparate.

L'opportunité d'affaires créée par la réforme du commerce extérieur initiée par l'etat Algérien en 1990, est au coeur de la dynamique entrepreneuriale à l'oeuvre dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
a partir de l'analyse de contenu de nombreux documents, cet article se propose d'examiner comment les spécificités contextuelles, l'objet et le contenu de cette réforme ont influence le processus d'identification et d'exploitation de cette opportunité “objective” et les rapports à l'etat que les entrepreneurs privés nationaux immergés dans ce secteur entretiennent à travers leurs actes.
ce processus participe à la dynamique entrepreneuriale par la création ex-nihilo d'une centaine d'entreprises hétérogènes créatrices d'emploi et dont les trajectoires de développement sont disparates.
