Abstract EN

This study aimed at analyzing the modus operandi of talent management practices consisting of acquiring, developing, and retaining talents within Saudi Aramco company, implementing the descriptive-analytical approach.

this study came to several conclusions the most prominent of which is the high level of talent management practices within the company, the substantial focus on its employees' training and career development processes, and the utilization of all these practices to achieve the strategic visions and objectives of the company.

furthermore, the study emphasized the importance of implementing talent management practices in the Algerian companies to achieve excellence with the possibility of considering Saudi Aramco a successful model that can be followed in terms of managing, developing and investing in human resources.
