The Algerian society has witnessed several developments involving various social, economic and political institutions.

This development and change have extended to women, who in turn have been affected by these changes due to the emergence of liberal feminist movements supporting the change and development of women, which have broken into many areas such as education, health and other areas.

However, it has not been spared the phenomenon of violence, particularly the symbolic violence, that has become one of the issues and developments around which the debate took place in various disciplines and intellectual orientations due to the turmoil and disintegration of the latter in building social relations.

As the latter has become a threat to the system of social values and standards within the university, the nature of the relationship between the cleaning maid and the workers of the university administration is characterized by a kind of contempt and inferiority, due to a defect in the system of socialization of women, which limits their role in society and the extension of the process of social, cultural and social deposits of Algerian society, which has hindered the functioning of cleaning maid in the university institution and their various roles, which can be addressed in this article.
