The purpose of this research is to address tourism as one of the important strategic economic sectors that have the ingredients for sustainable development, not only in the tourism sector, but also in its impact on the rest of the economic, social and cultural sectors, as it is a multiplier economy that creates wealth and an effective contributor to achieving economic well-being and the social, which is reflected on the public treasury and the individual alike, supported by some models from Arab countries that have relied on tourism investment as a national economic priority that brings wealth.
