The current research aims to measure the effectiveness of a program based on mobile learning to develop the skills of producing electronic pictorial tests for children using google forms for some female students, teachers of children with special needs, and the research sample consisted of some female students, teachers of children with special needs, the third group, specializing (mental disability), hearing impairment, learning difficulties, autism, speech and communication disorders) special education teacher program, faculty of early childhood education, Minia university; he presented to them the learning content of the skills of producing pictorial electronic tests for children using google forms for the production of electronic tests, and the research tools were represented in a program based on mobile learning using the Whatsapp application to develop the skills of producing electronic pictorial tests for children using google forms, a list of skills for producing electronic pictorial tests for children using google forms, a cognitive test about the production of electronic pictorial tests for children, a note card for students in the skills of producing electronic tests for children using google forms, an assessment card for electronic tests for children produced by the female students in the research sample, and the research tools were applied before and after, and the results of the research reached to there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the use of a mobile learning program through the Whatsapp application and the increase in the skills of producing electronic pictorial tests for children among female students, teachers of children with special needs, the research sample.
