Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to know the effect of a proposed preventive program based on integration between the family and kindergarten on developing self-protection skills from abuse among kindergarten children.

the research sample consisted of two experimental groups, each group consisted of (28) boys and girls; to achieve the goal of the research was prepared; a list of self-protection skills from abuse, a self-protection skills test from abuse, a suggested prevention program, and a parenting guide.

the researcher made parity between the two groups.

the results of the research showed that there are differences between the tribal and remote performances in the self-protection skills test in favor of the post-performance of the children of the two groups together.

by comparing the performance of the children of the two research groups in the post-application of the same test, it became clear that there are differences in favor of the children of the second experimental group.

the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing self-protection skills from abuse was also evident among the children of the two research groups together.

where the percentage of the adjusted gain for black was greater than the correct one in the test for the two groups, but with an increase in the size of the effectiveness of the children of the second experimental group compared to the size of the effectiveness of the first experimental group.

in light of these results, the research recommended the need for diversity and development in the mechanisms and methods of communication between families and kindergarten institutions, and to enhance what children have learned in kindergartens, and that there should not be a contradiction between what kindergartens offer them and what they learn within the family.
