اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي و أجريت على عينة من لاعبي الفرق بشرق الجزائر، ثمانية و تسعون لاعبا (98) و ثمانية مدربين (08) و تمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي للاعبين و استبيان توقع المدرب نحو لاعبيه و استعمل الباحث معامل الارتباط بيرسون كوسيلة إحصائية في تحليل النتائج، كانت نتائجها أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار المسبقة و التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي طردية ضعيفة و هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار المسبقة و التوافق الاجتماعي طردية ضعيفة و هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار المسبقة و التوافق الشخصي طردية ضعيفة.
Abstract EN
The study is based on the correlative descriptive approach on a sample of ninety - eight players (98) and eight coaches (08) was sampled in eastern Algeria.
There is a statistica lly significant relationship between preconceived ideas (expectations) and psychosocial harm ony, and a statistically significant relationship between preconceived ideas (expectations) and interpersonal harmony and personal harmony

L'étude est basée sur l'approche descriptive corrélative sur un échantillon de quatre-vingt- dix-huit joueurs (98) et huit entraîneurs (08) a été échantillonné dans l'est de l'Algérie.
Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre les idées préconçues (les attentes) et l'harmonie psychosociale, ainsi qu'une relation statistiquement significative entre les idées préconçues (les attentes) et l'harmonie interpersonnelle et l'harmonie personnelle.
