This study aims to clarify the reality of the consequences of the sale and its jurisprudential rules, especially since it is one of the issues that did not gain its right to research despite its importance in the field of financial transactions.

the consequences of what is sold in Islamic jurisprudence are what is attached to the sale without mentioning, but in positive law there is no clear meaning for it, and that it has multiple forms in Islamic jurisprudence, while it has one image in positive law.

it has also been shown that dependency has multiple causes in Islamic jurisprudence, while it has one reason in positive law.

likewise, it appeared that the rule of “subordinate subordinate” is the parent rule that governs the subordinates of what is sold.
