یبرز هذا المقال من جهة، أهمیة الأموال الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغیرة و المتوسطة كعامل أمان للتعامل مع الحوادث ذات المنشأ الداخلي أو الخارجي و قدرتها على تعزیز القدرة الائتمانیة و تقلیل تكالیف المعاملات في سوق القرض، و من جهة أخرى، یقوم بتحلیل مدى إمكانیة تمویل الشركات الصغیرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر بالأموال الخاصة عن طریق رأس مال المخاطر و الإدراج في البورصة انطلاقا من دراسة على عینة من المؤسسات الصغیرة و المتوسطة في ولایة بجایة.
Abstract EN
In this paper, we first present the literature on the importance of capital for SMEs as a safety factor to deal with accidents of internal or external origin and their ability to reduce transaction costs on the credit market and, secondly, the access of SMEs in Algeria to different sources of equity financing will be examined on the basis of a sample of SMEs in the wilaya of Béjaia.

Dans cet article, nous présentons, dans un premier temps, la littérature relative à l’importance des fonds propres pour les PME comme facteur de sécurité, permettant de faire face aux accidents d’origine interne ou externe et leur aptitude de réduction des coûts de transaction sur le marché de crédit et, dans un second temps, l’accès des PME en Algérie aux différentes sources de financement par fonds propres sera examiné sur la base d’un échantillon des PME dans la wilaya de Béjaïa.
