Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the strategic leadership’s contribution to facing crises.

The field study was in the Iraqi Ministry of Tourism, and it included the administrative staff working in it.

The sample consisted of /129/ employees.

We also divided the research into five chapters, and the research followed the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect the required data in the field study.

Among the most important results reached are the following: - There is an effect of the organization’s strategic direction in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05.

- There is an effect of applying strategic leadership in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05.

- There is an effect of the application of strategic leadership in discovering the spark of crisis for the organization in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05.
