This research deals with an applied practical study linking the hadith and jurisprudential aspects.

there are hadiths that the narrators overturned their texts, and the heart of the text had a great impact in judging a jurisprudential issue, such as the hadith of facing the qiblah when relieving one’s need, and the hadith of the prophet’s prostration on his hands or on his knees, and others, and this research it shows the inverted narratives that some scholars based their weighting on a jurisprudential issue based on a hadith contained in it, then it becomes clear through researching its inverted body.
