هذا البحث اعتنى بيان أحكام وقت الضحى في الصلاة وغيرها ففي الصلاة ذكرت اثنتي عشرة مسألة تعلقت بوقت صلاة الجمعة، ووقت الاغتسال لها، و ابتداء ساعات الرواح لها، وصلاة الضحى أداء و قضاء لها، و للوتر، ووقت العيدين، و قضاء بعض السنن في هذا الوقت، وأما في غير الصلاة فكانت مسائله في حكم قضاء زكاة الفطر فيه، و الدفع من مزدلفة، ووقت رمي جمرة العقبة يوم العيد، ووقت الأضحية، و قضاء أذكار الصباح ضحى، و القيلولة.
وقد جاء البحث في و تمهيد، و مبحثين، و خاتمة، أما فقد اشتملت على أسباب اختيار الموضوع، و أسباب اختياره، و الدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، و منهجه، وأما التمهيد: ففيه بيان معنى الضحى، و عناية الشريعة بوقت الضحى، وجاء المبحث الأول: في المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بوقت الضحى في الصلاة، و المبحث الثاني: في المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بوقت الضحى في غير الصلاة.
وأما فقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج و منها: عناية الشريعة بوقت الضحى، و جواز أداء صلاة الجمعة ضحى قبل الزوال، وأن ابتداء وقت غسل الجمعة من فجر يوم الجمعة، و جواز إنشاء السفر ضحى الجمعة قبل الزوال، و مشروعية قضاء صلاة العيد فيما إذا لم يأتهم علم بهلال العيد إلا بعد الزوال، و ابتداء وقت إباحة النافلة و خروج وقت النهي بعد ارتفاع الشمس قيد رمح، و مشروعية صلاة الضحى، و استحبابها كل يوم، و لا حد لأكثرها.
Abstract EN
This research took care of the statement of the provisions of the time of the forenoon in prayer and others.
In the prayer, I mentioned twelve issues related to the time of the Friday prayer, the time of washing for it, the beginning of the hours of the souls for it, the prayer of the forenoon in performing it and making up for it, and for the Witr prayer, and the time of the two Eids, and spending some of the Sunnahs in this time.
Other than prayer, his issues were in the ruling of spending zakat al-Fitr in it, payment from Muzdalifah, the time of stoning Jamarat al-Aqaba on the day of Eid, the time of sacrifice, and making up the morning remembrances for the forenoon, and the nap.
The research came in an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion.
As for the introduction: it included the reasons for choosing the topic, the reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, and its methodology.
In the jurisprudential issues related to the time of the forenoon in prayer, and the second topic: in the jurisprudential issues related to the time of the forenoon in prayer.
