Abstract EN

This research addresses the concept of harm in the international law "Its types and conditions, as it discusses the concept of harm in the legal field studying the types of harm in the light of international law and highlighting the conditions of such harm.

Furthermore, the current research discusses harm in the international law and in the Islamic sharia to reveal the issue of multiple damage occurring at the international level depending on the multiplicity of international relations and the existing dealings which is one of the most important areas of research, as well as the conditions of damage at the international level.

The occurrence of damage in the field of the international law is essential for generating liability, and hence the provision of compensation becomes in the victim's favor, it also determines the frameworks that should be provided for the issue of damage.

Besides, it determines the extent of compatibility of this with international law, through which the sources of harm can be determined, and thus it manipulates it in accordance with international law and characterizes what corresponds it in the Islamic sharia.

The research focuses on the correct characterization of the topic of harm, addressing this as found in international law, and in accordance with the framework followed.
