Abstract EN

Thanks to God, I am pleased to write a brief paper entitled "Study and achieve the chapter of what may be sold and what may not be sold in the line of explanation of Algamea Alsaghir of Dahir al-Din al-Tamarachi who died in 610 A.

The first type I discuss in this research is the provision of selling grass that herds pasture.

Hanafi jurists have decided that grass may not be sold or hired because of the mutual benefit among people.

They restrict it to germination with no intervention.

I also discuss adjudication of buying fruits that suits humans and animals.

Some scholars permit that and the other oppose it.

They also disagreed on selling fruits as soon as they grow.

some scholars permit it depending on that it is then used, and some oppose that depending on that it is not immediately used.

The scholars state that no fish could be sold in a barn, it may not exit because it is not possible to deliver, and what I talk about in the research as well.

The provision of the sale of bees in which it is likely that it may be sold if it is a total viewer.

If it is a dispersal, it may not be sold, and the scholars stipulate that all the tusks of the sabbath and the claw of the bird may be sold because people can benefit from these things and invest them.
