This research aims to address a modern, a current medical issue which is linked to scientific development in genetics, in the field of gene engineering, or genetic engineering.

Moreover, this is linked to harnessing this type of science to detect, treat, or prevent genetic diseases before they occur.

The treatment of cells is achieved through gene transfer from healthy cells to damaged or susceptible cells whether these cells that are treated are reproductive cells or physical cells.

This treatment is suitable for genetic transfer of pathological or improved therapeutic purposes.

I have worked hard to define and represent each of the four types of transfer: Transfer of genes to the genital cell of the two types: Therapeutic Transfer and Improvement Transfer.

Transfer of genes to the physical cell of the two types: Therapeutic Transfer and Improvement Transfer.

Then, I have stated the legitimate judgement of each type supported by evidence, discussion, and rebuttal of the violator's evidence.
