The research aims to shed light on the phenomenon of At-Tajanus, explain its meaning, identify the grammatical and morphological issues that have been interpreted in the light of it, and to show its impact.

The research followed the inductive, descriptive and analytical approach.

The importance of the research lies in the fact that many of the grammarians relied on At-Tajanus in the interpretation of many grammatical and morphological phenomena, and they also referred to it as a proof to confirm their views.

Moreover, none of the studies known to the researcher focused on studying this phenomena.

The research is divided into an introduction, two parts and a conclusion.

The first part deals with the concept of At-Tajanus in language and grammar, and the second part elaborates the impact of At-Tajanus on grammatical and morphological phenomena, the conclusion presents the most important findings of the research, including a set of the factors that govern this phenomenon: a word may be followed by an equivalent or homogeneous word to produce this phenomena, there is no dissonance between homogeneous parts of speech, but between the antonyms, and that the olute co-occurrence of two homogeneous parts of speech is linguistically inconvenient.

The most common of At-Tajanus types is homogeneity of letters and diacritics, whether in grammatical or morphological phenomena.

One of the effects of At-Tajanus is to use letters instead of diacritics as markers of parsing (Iraab) and that the diacritics denote the letters omitted.

[1] At-Tajanus is a linguistic Arabic phenomenon that is partially similar to homonymy in English, However, in Arabic it has a wider scope, certain peculiarities and occurs at different levels of language, so it is preferable to be referred to by its Arabic name.
