This research looks forward to achieving several objectives, most notably to stand on some of the hidden efforts of the imams in the service of the Sunnah, and the graduation of hadiths, and their attention to jurisprudence, and not to rush to deny what they did not find, or see it.

the problem of the research is that the books that were interested in graduating the hadiths of jurisprudence books, have a great impact and benefit, as they are interested in the hadiths of provisions, and to know what the jurists inferred, with the attribution of hadiths to those who directed them, and the statement of their provisions and causes, and something of their jurisprudence, so they raise in the researcher the queen of jurisprudence of hadith, and indicate his speech and hadiths that in its meaning, and even hadiths that may contradict it, and guide him to combine or weight and how each imam of the imams took his guide, and yet many do not appreciate these books rightly, but rush to err the imams, and say about them: they have no evidence, or their evidence is weak, as they rush to deny what they did not find and say: there is no origin for it, or about these phrases, and our book, which with us tracks its owner on two great imams in the science of hadith with outstanding efforts, tracked them in hadiths that he did not find and he found, and this is evidence that one does not rush Imam al-Zailai says what he did not find: strange, and says Hafiz Ibn Hajar: I did not find it, one should not rush to judge the denial of the origin of the hadith, he found a lot of that Hafiz Ibn Qatlubugha may god have mercy on them wide mercy came this research to put the hand on the milestones in the year in dealing with books of jurisprudence, and hadiths provisions, and the graduation of hadiths books of jurisprudence, and gives models for the efforts of these imams of jurists and modernists in this area.

I hope that the research will achieve these results and that it has clearly highlighted the imams’ interest in the jurisprudence of hadith, its inference, the intensity of their research and their exploration of its source and jurisprudence.
