The research aims to clarify the meaning of acceptance by judges in the terminology of Ibn Yunus al-Masry, and to clarify the impact of this term on documenting the narrators.

the research has been divided into two main chapters, the first chapter is a theoretical study, which contains the meaning of acceptance by judges, the conditions for the fairness of testimony, and a statement that the fairness of testimony is taken care of in proving it in a way that ensures confidence in the fairness of the witness, and that one of the conditions of the fairness of testimony is the presence of control, so the first chapter ends with proving that whoever proves his fairness to the testimony has obtained confidence in his narrations.

and the second chapter is to study the narrators whom Ibn Yunus said, “acceptable to the judges”.
