Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and I testify that there is no God but Allah, and he alone has no partner, and I testify that our Lord Muhammad is his servant and Messenger, may Allah bless him and his family and companions, and those who followed them benevolently until the day of judgment, and after:
Allaah created the male and female spouses and distinguished between them with qualities and abilities from the first moment of creation, and out of respect for those differences by which Allaah distinguished the Sexes, the divine prohibition came that one of the sexes should wish for what Allaah preferred others over him, and Allaah singled out him with characteristics, such as moral and other matters, which are criteria for distinguishing between them, and the consideration of Jurists and doctors, through which it is possible to distinguish between male and female.

The divine division and the Lord's will came that God created a fully masculine male from the moral and psychological side, and a fully feminine female also from both sides, but one of the sexes – male or female – may experience ambiguity or confusion in the criteria set for determining the gender, which requires the statement of the true gender to which he belongs, which may only come through surgical intervention to redefine sexual identity, and in light of modern ideas whose owners advocate the release of personal freedom for sexual transformation and change without controls and restrictions, it has spread recently-due to scientific advances in the medical field - the so –called: "sex change surgeries", which became her-recently- This required the jurists to highlight and research it to clarify its image and state its sharia ruling, so the title of the research came: " medical surgical intervention to redefine sexual identity (gender) comparative jurisprudence study".

May Allah bless and grant peace to our Lord Muhammad, and to all his family and companions.
