Glory be to Him for each of the males and females that suits him, and honors him with what befits him, and he singled out the woman with a set of rulings and eliminated what was in the Jahiliyyah of oppression and abhorrent customs, and raised her status, and elevated her position, and legislated for her what preserves her rights and money, and made it her right to work and earn.

Halal, in accordance with its creation and composition, and adjusting that with provisions and controls, protecting it and preserving it from vulgarity, or exposing it to sedition and temptation, and that what appeared recently, what opened areas of work, and what new jobs for women in it, and that is what I am about to study in this research It is titled (Women's Work Marriage Authorization), so I ask God, Blessed and Exalted be He, to repay us, to inspire us to our senses, and to grant us sincerity in word and deed.
