Abstract EN

I wrote this research in order to show that true and true humanity is the humanity of Islam, and that Islam is a universal religion for all people, and that true human values are their source and origin in Islam.

The Lord Almighty is for him, so everyone in the Islamic state has his money from rights, and he has his duties, so it is not permissible to transgress this person, or oppress him, or insult him, or degrade his humanity in any way, and I also showed in this research that the law of Islam is the first to It established rights for the human being, be it a believer or an unbeliever, and it also laid down the principles of peaceful coexistence of a Muslim with a non-Muslim, and that the Shari'a is much higher than human values and meanings, so it commanded kindness to the people in general, believers and unbelievers, as long as this infidel does not wage war against God and His Messenger, and that the Shari'a is likewise It has equalized all people, so there is no discrimination for one over another, or preference for one over another, on the basis of color, race, gender, or language.

There is no preference for anyone over anyone, except by piety and good deeds, and I mentioned in this research that humanity with the wife and kindness to her is a high Islamic and human morality, commanded and urged by the Sharia, and that humanity is with the companions, and bringing them down to their homes of honor and glorification, and giving them their rights, is an Islamic and human morality Sublime, and that justice among children, and not favoring one of them over the other, unjustly, is an Islamic humane moral commanded and urged by Sharia, and that kindness to workers and servants, and the poor and the needy, and humility to them, and softness towards them, and reparation for their thoughts, is a lofty Islamic humane morality, In this research, I also showed that the noble Sharia dealt with the enemies with the meanings of high humanity and its lofty values, so there is no killing of the enemies unless they fought, and even those who fell into captivity among them, the noble Sharia guaranteed him the right to be treated kindly, so there is no insult to his humanity, no beating, no insult, nor starvation, nor torture, but ordered them to be fed, and ordered them to wear clothes that protect them from the heat of the sun, and the cold of the night, and I mentioned in this research that humanity is inIslam has reached the maximum extent that a person may know, even an animal in Islam.

Sharia has guaranteed him not to attack him unjustly, so it is not permissible to starve him, or torture him, or burden him with what he cannot bear, because Islam is higher than human values and meanings, and he gave everyone The right of his right, even if it was a foreign animal.
