It is a study and verification endeavour of a part of the book “Explanation of Al-Jaamie” by Imam Abi Nasr Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Omar Al-Etabi Al-Bukhari (died 586H.
), from the beginning of the Book of (partnership) the end of the Book of (Crimes/Blood Money).
This book is concerned with the Hanafi "Fiqh" (Jurisprudence).
It is an explanation of one of the most important Texts to the Hanafis, which is “Al-Jaamie Al-Kabeer” by Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaibani (died 189H.
).
