The topic of the research fills the gap that surrounds the issue of the marriage and divorce occurrence and what is related to them electronically through contemporary communication techniques in the light of the provisions of law Sharia, It also contributes in solving the disputes arising from them technically, it has been also characterized by originality, seriousness and depth, in addition to its objectivity and impartiality; so as to be an indispensable reference that paves the way for deciding emerging issues in people's lives, on a legitimate basis through which the spirit of disciplined renewal emerges by enriching the movement of ijtihad in Islamic thought, and consolidating the flexibility of Islamic law, and participating in a dialogue based on argument and proof in a way that keeps pace with the situation of people, and achieves their interests in the light of the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, the purposes of Sharia, and the current data and requirements.
