Abstract EN

This research seeks to provide an intellectual approach to save the Maghreb reference based on the well-known trio; (Ash'ari faith, Maliki jurisprudence, and Junaidi Sufism).

in this study, the researcher diagnoses the reality of the Maghreb intellectual reference that is based on the moderate approach and moving away from Takfir, considering that the first reason for the decline of the influence of that reference and the spread of extremism and Takfir discourse in the Maghreb region is the emergence of the hard-line ideological Salafist movement in the middle of the last century.

with his great material capabilities and the leniency of the authorities in charge of worldly affairs in the countries of the Maghreb, he became a reality on the ground this research was systematically divided into: an introduction, framing, and two chapters, the first of which presented the challenge of preserving the Maghreb intellectual reference, stressing that this reference was a factor of stability and coexistence between the various sects, sects, and religions in the countries of the Maghreb.

as for the second topic, the researcher discussed the challenge of preserving the moderate approach in the Maghreb countries, indicating the importance of restoring the moderate approach by correcting the ambiguous legal concepts.

the researcher held the bodies and institutions of a religious and Islamic nature that are assigned by the authorities to religious affairs, such as the ministries of endowments and Islamic affairs, fatwa councils or houses, universities, colleges and Islamic institutes in the Maghreb countries, the responsibility of preserving the Maghreb reference.
