Abstract EN

The research included two main chapters with demands: the first chapter entitled the presumptions stated by Al-Hafiz Abi Al-Hajjaj Al-Mazi in the weighting between the different hadiths, namely: the weighting by the presumption of the number explicitly.

Among the various hadiths, they appeared through consideration and deduction, namely: the presumption of control and memorization, the presumption of citizenship, the presumption of competence, the presumption of quoting scholars on the preserved face, and the presumption of the conduct of the path.

The most important results I have reached in this study: Al-Hafiz Al-Mazi's approach is often characterized by mentioning the narrators' malicious hadiths in his book “Tahdheeb Al-Kamal” by giving preference to them.

The salient feature of his approach is that these evidences are not made public, but after studying these hadiths and then looking at the difference between them, they appear by deduction supported by the evidence for his preference for the preserved view.

He paid attention to the presumption of number, as he stated it in several reasoned hadiths by adding or dropping a narrator.

The presumptions that he stopped mentioning in weighing the differences between the addition or dropping of a narrator are five presumptions: control, memorization, specialization, domicile, serious behavior, and the quotation of critical imams on the preserved face.

, and it may appear when weighing it with the presumption of number.

The most important suggestions reached by the study of the clues that Al-Hafiz Al-Mazi weighed on the difference in his book Tuhfat Al-Ashraf, and the study of these clues may be in general for the difference, or the study was devoted to clues in some of the genera of the cause, such as the difference that occurred due to an increase in Rao or Dropping it or the difference between wasl and send or the difference between raising and stopping and others.
