Abstract EN

The current study aimed to find out the effectiveness of a training program to improve social responsibility among deaf students at the secondary stage.

the study sample included (7) deaf students in the secondary stage, their ages ranged from (18.5-21) years with an average of (19.70) years.

to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the social responsibility scale prepared by the researcher.

the results showed the following : -there are statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the children of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the social responsibility scale among the deaf students in the secondary stage.

-there is no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the experimental group scores in the two dimensional and follow-up measurements on the social responsibility scale for deaf students in the secondary stage.

in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to improve the social responsibility of individuals with special needs to be able to positively communicate with others and participate in building society.
