Abstract EN

The right to education is a human right, guaranteed by conventions and legislation.

the right to free education in educational institutions was added to it in terms of spreading education and laying the foundations for social justice.

therefore, the research sought to find out the degree of disparities and the dimensions of achieving social justice in the stages of public education from 2017-2021, using the critical method.

a number of important results were found out as it follows : there is a defect in achieving justice in the policy of availability and acceptance of public education.

moreover, the spending policy by the government on public education indicated the low adequacy, efficiency, and fairness.

there is also a defect in the assessment and examination systems.

there is a spread of collective and individual cheating in all stages of education.

the quality indicators indicated to the deficit in the quality standards implementation, indicated the high density of classrooms, the lack and deterioration of educational buildings, the multiplicity of study periods, the low qualification of teachers, the high ratios of students to teachers, the absence of a comprehensive vision in the curricula renewal, the use of traditional teaching methods.
