these projects are among the leading service projects that have the ability to increase the national product, provide employment opportunities and attract profitable investments optimum utilization of resources, urban expansion, agricultural expansion and industrial settlement, and effective contribution to structural reform programs, stimulating tourism, supporting economic integration, and transporting goods and passengers ; which had an impact in supporting the development of Kenya.

this paper presents the impact of the silk road on the volume of Chinese investment in Kenya through four sections : the first section presents an overview of the investment law in Kenya, the second section explains Kenya's relationship with African regional economic development, the third section shows the volume of Chinese investments and their geographical distribution in Kenya, and the fourth section reviews the most important challenges facing Chinese investments in Kenya and ways counteract it with some recommendations.
