This study aimed to detect the existence of a correlation between Emotional Labor, Psychological Empowerment, and Occupational Hardiness, as well as to examine the relative contribution of both, Psychological Empowerment, and Occupational Hardiness, in predicting Emotional Labor in a sample of (164) special education teachers at the primary Stage in Alexandria, by using the following tools: The Emotional Labor Scale for Teachers Prepared by: Yang, et al (2019), translated by: the researcher, and The Psychological Empowerment Scale for Special Education Teachers Prepared by: the researcher, and The Occupational Hardiness Scale for Adults Prepared by: Moreno-Jimenez, et.

al (2014), and translated by: the researcher, the study revealed the following results: There was a positive correlation between Emotional Labor, Psychological Empowerment, and Occupational Hardiness, and it was possible to predict Emotional Labor through both Psychological Empowerment, Occupational Hardiness among special education teachers.
