The study aimed to analyze the reality of higher education in Palestine.

To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, by referring to the educational literature that talked about higher education in Palestine between the British Mandate period (the beginning of the twentieth century) and the Oslo agreement (the beginning of the twenty-first century), It also aimed to discuss the repercussions of the reality of higher education in Palestine before the catastrophe of 1948, the reality of higher education in Palestine during the period between the catastrophe of 1948 and the setback of 1967, the reality of higher education in Palestine between the setback of 1967 and the signing of the Oslo agreement in 1993, the reality of higher education in Palestine.
