The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program to reduce post-traumatic stress among university students in Gaza in light of the wars and crises that the Gaza Strip is exposed to.

Those consequences and traumatic events had repercussions on the psychological, social and economic aspects of the Palestinian society in general and university students in particular.
