This research is titled: the art of Military Engagement in the Light of the Holy Qur'an, and it is one of the topics studied within the framework of objective interpretation in a deductive manner.

it can be called war ethics of war and the fundamentals of peace, it also concerned with valuable controls and the lofty human characteristics that must be pursued in martial arts and war conditions.

through the Sharia policy, and the Islamic rules applied in dealing with others, whether they are enemies or opponents.

by the art of military engagement in the light of the Noble Qur'an, I mean to clarify the theoretical framework that defined by the Holy Qur'an for the art of war and peaceful coexistence, which includes: the rules and objectives of war, the conditions and controls it governs, and the milestones and evidences that branch out from it, with the inclusion of some practical applications and social behaviors: to broaden the horizons and consolidate the pillars, guided in that by the verses of the Holy Quran, and citing the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him.
