Abstract EN

This research aims to investigate a manuscript written by Imam Muhammad bin Ali al-Senussi in the conventional term of Hadith, which was divided into two parts: the first part tackled the academic aspect by giving a brief study of the conventional term of Hadith.

the second part, tackled the investigation aspect, by explaining the methodology used in the investigation.

this research concluded with the scholarly position of Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali al-Senussi, and the extent of our scholars’ interest in the conventional term of Hadith as the second source of legislation in Islam.

this science is regulated by rules that hardly differ except in some of its aspects.
