Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى تأثير التغير المناخي على إنتاج الحليب في منطقة شمال الأردن خلال الفترة 2016 - 2020 ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة البيانات الشهرية والسنوية للأمطار ودرجات الحرارة والرطوبة النسبية، كما استخدمت بيانات كمية إنتاج الحليب خلال فترة الدراسة في منطقة الدراسة المتمثلة في المزارع المتوافرة في )رأس منيف، اربد، المفرق(.

وتم تحليل البيانات بواسطة تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، كما تم استخدام الاحصاء الوصفي لوصف مناخ منطقة الدراسة، وقد اسفرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة طردية موجبة لتأثير درجات الحرارة على إنتاج الحليب، وأن هناك علاقة عكسية لمعدل هطول الأمطار والرطوبة النسبية على إنتاج الحليب كلما زاد هطول الأمطار والرطوبة النسبية قلت كمية إنتاج الحليب، كما اشارت النتائج أن أكثر الاستراتيجيات مستخدمة من قبل مربي الماشية في مزارع منطقة الدراسة للتكيف مع التغير المناخي على التوالي حسب الاستخدام: الحفاظ على سلالة الماشية ذات الاحتمال الحراري والقدرة على التكيف مع التغير المناخي، توفير مصدر مياه كافي للتبريد على الماشية في حالة، الإجهاد الحراري، استخدام الأدوات التي تقلل من تأثير التغير المناخي.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of climate change on milk production in the northern Jordan region during the period 2016-2020.

The study used monthly and annual data for rain, temperatures and relative humidity, and data for the quantity of milk production during the study period in the study area represented by farms available in ( Ras Munif, Irbid, Mafraq).

The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, and descriptive statistics were used to describe the climate of the study area, and the results revealed that there is a positive direct relationship to the effect of temperature on milk production, and that there is an inverse relationship to the rate of rainfall and relative humidity on milk production as the precipitation and humidity increase.

Relatively reduced the amount of milk production, The results also indicated that the most strategies used by livestock breeders in the farms of the study area to adapt to climate change, respectively, according to use: maintaining the livestock breed with thermal potential and the ability to adapt to climate change, providing a sufficient water source to cool livestock in case of heat stress.

Use of tools that reduce the impact of climate change.
