Abstract EN

This research deals with the concept of psychological defeat in, terms of language and legal origin from the Quran and Sunnah, and then deals in its chapters with how the Islamic Ummah faced the psychological defeats during several decades, starting with what the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) faced during his life in some of the defeats and calamities suffered by that young nation that almost ravaged it and undermined its pillars, and ending with what some of the righteous caliphs faced after him – peace be upon him –at the time of Farouk Omar Ibn al-Khattab – may Allah be pleased with him – and the psychological defeats that occurred in his time of the nation, individuals and groups, originated from the famine and plague that occurred in the country.

Between this and that I presented the largest, the most important and prominent calamities that the nation has been exposed to, focusing on how to face them without elaborating on their presentation or their events details, because it is not a requirement of my research.
