حق المسن في الصحة هو حق شامل، فهو لا يقتصر على تقديم الرعاية الصحية المناسبة فحسب، بل يشمل أيضا المقومات الأساسية للصحة منها: الإمداد الكافي بالغذاء الآمن والتغذية والمسكن، الحصول على مياه الشرب المأمونة والإصحاح المناسب، الظروف الصحية للعمل والبيئة، الحصول على التوعية والمعلومات فيما يتصل بالصحة، ويتضمن أيضا الحق في الصحة حرياته في أن يكون في مأمن من معالجته طبيا واستحقاقه في الاستفادة من نظام حماية صحية متكامل يتيح التكافؤ في الفرص للحصول على أعلي مستوي من الصحة يمكن بلوغه.
لذا كان اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان حقوق الأفراد المسنين وذلك من خلال توضيحها في التشريعات المصرية وأيضا توضيح المبادرات المصرية لتحقيق العدالة الصحية لهم وحق المسن في الحصول على الصحة البدنية والصحة العقلية السليمة.
English Abstract
The right of the elderly to health is a comprehensive right, as it is not limited to the provision of appropriate health care, but also includes the basic determinants of health, including: adequate supply of safe food, nutrition and housing, access to safe drinking water and adequate sanitation, health conditions for work and the environment, access to education and information with regard to health, the right to health also includes his freedom to be safe from medical treatment and his entitlement to benefit from an integrated health protection system that provides equal opportunities to obtain the highest attainable standard of health.
therefore, we chose this topic, as the study aims to clarify the rights of elderly individuals by clarifying them in the Egyptian legislation and also to clarify the Egyptian initiatives to achieve health justice for them and the right of the elderly to obtain physical health and sound mental health.
