تعتبر صناعة الدواجن فى مصر من أهم الصناعات التى تسهم بتوفير البـروتين الحيـواني ، حيـث بلغت القيمة النقدية للإ نتاج الحيواني حوالي ٨٥,١١٥ مليار جنيه تمثل نحو ٦٩,٣٦ %مـن قيمـة الإنتـاج الزراعي البالغ حوالي ٧٨,٣١٥ مليار جنيه، كما بلغت قيمة إنتاج لحوم الدواجن حوالي ٩٥,٢٥ مليار جنيـه تمثل نحو ٣٩,٢٢% من قيمة الإنتاج الحيواني ، ٢٢,٨ %من قيمة الإنتاج الزراعي خلال الفتـرة (٢٠١٣- .(٢٠١٦ وتكمن المشكلة البحثية فى أن إنتاج الدواجن قد تعرض لأزمة كبيرة من عام٢٠٠٦ بـس بب انتـشار مرض أنفلونزا الطيور،الأمر الذى ترتب عليه غلق العديد من والعنا بر حيث بلغ عدد العنابر غيـر العاملـة حوالي٨١١٣ عنبر عام ٢٠٠٦ ، ١٠٣٦ عنبر عام ٢٠١٦ وقد أدى ذلك إلى تراجع إنتاج دجـاج التـسمين ، وايضا ارتفاع اسعار مستلزمات الإنتاج وعدم توفرها ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على إنتـاج دجاج التسمين واستهلاك اللحو م البيضاء فى مصر،حتى يتمكن واضعى السياسة من اتخـاذ الـلازم لزيـادة الإنتاج من دجاج التسمين ومواجهة مخاطر هذا الإنتاج.

Abstract EN

Egypt's poultry industry is one of the most important industries that contribute to provide animal protein, with the monetary value of animal production approximately 115.85 36.69 billion representing about the value of agricultural production of about 315.78 billion pounds, as poultry production amounted to around 25.95 m Billion pounds represent towards animal production value of 22.39, 8.22 of value of agricultural production during the period (2013-2016) Research problem in the poultry production has been a big crisis in 2006 due to the spread of bird flu, resulting in the closure of many wards as the number of wards about inactive 8113 ward in 2006, 1036 dormitory in 2016 has led to declining production of broiler chicken, too A high price of production requirements and nonavailability and research aims to study the factors affecting the production of broiler chicken, white meat consumption in Egypt, so that policy makers take necessary to increase production of broiler chicken and dangers of this production.

The research results showed that the number of farms is increasing by a statistically moral year of about 0.447 thousand farms representing about 2.6% of the average number of farms, and to show the impact of bird flu during the period (2000- 2016) using the pictorial variable shows that the numbers of farms in the fattening farms before the emergence of disease Bird flu is increasing by an annual increase of about 0.627 thousand farms, and in the case of the emergence of bird flu, the number of farms in the fattening country shows a decrease that is statistically non-moral, and it turns out that the total number of wards in the fattening before the emergence of bird flu is increasing by an annual increase of about 0.688 thousand wards, and in the case of bird flu, the total number of wards in the fattening bed shows a decrease that is statistically non-mora.

The total energy of chickens before the onset of bird flu has been found to be increasing by an annual, statistically non-moral increase, and in the case of bird flu, the total energy of chickens has been shown to decrease statistically.

It was also found that the actual capacity of chickens before the emergence of bird flu increased by an annual non-statistical increase, and it was found that the average annual actual production of total fattening chickens was about 58.7%, and reached the minimum of about 37.3% in 2006, and the maximum was about 67.3% in 2006.

The study of the development of the quantity and price of raw materials used in the production of poultry feed showed the increase of the imported quantity of both soybean gain, yellow corn by about 24.5.97 thousand tons respectively, but the increase was not moral, and the imported quantity of wheat bran decreased by 3.2 thousand tons, as shown The price of soybeans, maize and wheat bran increased annually by an estimated 42.06, 43.6, 28, $ respectively representing about 10%, 13.7%, and 11% respectively from the average period for each.

The study of the most important factors affecting the production of fattening chicken sought to show that the most important factors affecting the number of chicks in the fattening, where it was found that there is a direct link between the actual production of fattening and the number of chicks in fattening, the amount imported from soybeans, yellow corn, wheat bran, and an inverse relationship with The real production, exchange rate and local price of chicken As shown by the study of factors affecting the consumption of white meat having a direct correlation between the average per capita consumption of white meat, total production quantity, per capita, population, per capita income, a study of future projection for the production and consumption of meat in white ( 2020, 2025) compared with the average research period (2000 – 2016) increased production and local consumption and price gap may be due to an increase in population and rising meat prices in this period.

In the light of the findings of the research results, it is recommended that: 1.

Intensify the fight against endemic diseases and diseases, control of bird flu, in all provinces and in the markets selling the birds circulation and contribute to the implementation of the plan of the Ministry of agriculture for the development and promotion of poultry.

2.

Provide sufficient vaccines and immunizations for poultry periodically to avoid illness again, low priced poultry farmers to buy them.

3.

Apply protective requirements to establish poultry farms, so as to limit the effects of the spread of bird flu.

4.

Technical guidance for poultry farmers on how to compose a balanced diets at low cost using the abilities components available in the countryside instead of buying commercial feed mixtures and feed concentrate from market at high prices.

5.

Use local alternatives to poultry feed composition of major and minor products as well as expansion in the cultivation and production of yellow corn as a substitute for imported ones.
