تحدث تغيرات جوهرية نتيجة لبعض الإحداث الكبيرة مثل الحروب و الكساد وقيام الثورات ولا شك ان هذة الاحداث الكبيرة تقسم التاريخ الى مراحل و تجعل سلوك الظواهر مختلفا فى كل مرحلة من هذه المراحل الامر الذى يحث على دراسة التغيرات فى أسعار الإنتاج الزراعي و مستلزماته ، كما إن ارتفاع تكاليف مستلزمات الإنتاج الزراعي أمر له أهميته فى التأثير على كميات العناصر أى الموارد الإنتاجية المضافة إلى وحدة المساحة الأرضية ، وهذا يؤثر بدوره على الإنتاجية من ناحية ، وعلى استخدامات الموارد وانتقالها من إنتاج محصول معين إلى إنتاج محصول آخر من ناحية أخرى .
لذا تتلخص المشكلة البحثية فى أن الإتجاه المتزايد خلال السنوات الأخيرة لتكاليف استخدام الموارد الزراعية فى إنتاج محصول الطماطم فى جمهورية مصر العربية بصفة عامة ومحافظة الدقهلية بصفة خاصةً يؤدى إلى الحد من قدرة الزراع على تحقيق الكفاءة الإنتاجية للموارد المستخدمة ، ومن ثم يؤدى إلى أنخفاض العائد المزرعي من هذا المحصول .
ويهدف توصيف طبيعة التغيرات فى تكاليف إنتاج محصول الطماطم فى جمهورية مصر العربية ومحافظة الدقهلية خلال الفترة (٢٠٠٤ – ٢٠١٧ ، (مع دراسة تأثير كل بند من بنود التكاليف على زيادة متوسط تكاليف إنتاج الفدان من المحصول لتحديد مسئولية كل بند عن هذه الزيادة ، وبالتالى التعرف على أهم البنود التى تزيد من أعباء المزارع وتحول دون تحقيق الكفاءة الاقتصادية للموارد المستخدمة فى إنتاج المحصول .
وقد اعتمد الأسلوب البحثى على استخدام الأرقام القياسية كأداة تحليلية إحصائية لتوافقها مع طبيعة الدراسة ولامكانية استخدامها فى عزل تأثير مختلف البنود المكونة لتكاليف الإنتاج فى صورتها النسبية والمطلقة .
وقد أوضحت نتائج التحليل الاحصائى القياسي أن هناك بعض العوامل والبنود أدت إلى زيادة تكاليف الإنتاج كأجور العمال وغيرها من الموراد الإنتاجية الأخرى ، كالإيجار ، ثمن السماد الكيماوي ، أجور الآلات ، ثمن التقاوي ، المصاريف العمومية وثمن السماد البلدي.
كما تبين ان ارتفاع التكاليف الإنتاجية للفدان له اثر سلبى غلى صافى ربحية الفدان للمحصول مما يمكن القول أنه لزيادة الكفاءة الاقتصادية لمحصول الطماطم لابد من التأثير على خفض متوسط التكاليف الإنتاجية الفدانية من ناحية وعلى مختلف البنود المكونه للتكاليف من ناحية أخرى خاصة تلك المرتبطة منها بالعمل البشرى و ايجار الأرض الزراعية وذلك لتحقيق صافى عائد للفدان مرضى للمزارع لتحقيق الاستمرارية فى الإنتاج

The high cost of agricultural input requirements is important in influencing the quantities of elements, is the productive resources added to the unit of land area, which in turn affects productivity on the one hand, and the use of resources and the transition from the production of one crop to the production of another crop on the other.
Therefore, the research problem is that the increasing trend in recent years of the costs of using agricultural resources in the production of tomato crops in the Arab Republic of Egypt in general and the governorate of Dakahlia in particular reduces the ability of farmers to achieve the productive efficiency of the resources used, and thus leads to a decrease in the agricultural yield from This crop .
This research aims to characterize the nature of changes in the cost of producing tomato crops in Egypt and Dakahlia during the period (2004 - 2017), and study the impact of each cost item on increasing the average production costs per feddan crop to determine the responsibility of each item for these items.
The research methodology was based on the use of indices as a statistical analytical tool for their compatibility with the nature of the study and the possibility of using them in isolating the effect of various items.
The results of the statistical analysis showed that some factors and items led to an increase in production costs such as workers' wages and other productive resources, such as rent, chemical fertilizers, machinery wages, seeds prices, public expenses and municipal fertilizers.
It was also found that the high production costs per feddan has a negative impact on the net profit per feddan of the crop, which can be said that to increase the economic efficiency of the tomato crop has to affect the reduction of average production costs per feddan on the one hand and the various components of the cost on the other hand, especially those associated with human work and Rent agricultural land .
