National projects of all kinds and specializations are considered among the most important means that bring about a great development in their regional scope, with a direct impact on the balanced development of the state, and produce clear effects on the economic development in general and on the urban development of the map of the republic in particular, with its regional spatial scope through the formation of regional development for its basic units and planning regions, in this context, the research seeks to study and analyze the localization of national projects in their regional locations in accordance with the urban development strategy, and their role in laying foundations to achieve a new division of the planning regions in order to achieve balanced regional development.
