The research aims to enhance the entrepreneurship culture among official primary schools pupils of languages in light of the challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution by presenting the intellectual and philosophical foundations of the fourth industrial revolution, as well as the conceptual framework of the entrepreneurship culture, with a focus on analyzing the reality of this culture in official primary schools of languages.

in order to achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used, and the researcher used a questionnaire applied to official primary schools teachers of languages in Qalyubia governorate, then the research reached a set of results that indicated the total weakness of the reality of the entrepreneurship culture in official primary schools of languages in Qalyubia governorate.

the research also indicated the multiplicity and diversity of obstacles to the dissemination of this culture.

in the light of these results, a set of procedural mechanisms were proposed to enhance the entrepreneurship culture in the official primary schools of languages.
