In the era of the Islamic State, the communication terminology system had known a development associated with the development of civilization, and new terms emerged, including ones that are directly derived from the Arabic language, and extraneous ones in fact, the old communication blogs, oral and written, reflect the evolution of the Arabic communication terminology which reached its peak in the Abbasid era and then began to decline at the beginning of the Ottoman era.

Its decline was linked to the marginalization of the role of post office functions in political st ability and economic prosperity.

Since then, the Arabic communication terminology has only existed among the books of th e codes of the term « Sharif », including the encyclopedia, Ṣubḥ al-aʿshā (“The Dawn for the Blind”) written by the Egyptian scholar, al-Qalqashandī.
