Arabic Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مشروع يهدف إلى تطوير و تنفيذ و رصد التدابير المخصصة التي تؤدي إلى تقليل احتياجات تبريد المباني.

مع العمل على تطبيق آليات مبتكرة لنشر استخدام الطاقة المتجددة و كفاءة الطاقة لتوفير إطار عمل يخدم قطاع التشييد و البناء كما يهدف إلى توسيع نطاق تقنيات الطاقة النظيفة في مصر، و يتم ذلك من خلال التركيز على تقليل احتياجات التبريد للمباني تطوير قانون لتقليل احتياجات التبريد للمباني عن طريق بعض التعديلات في التصميم و المواد المستخدمة يتناول المشروع الخاص بتقليل احتياجات تبريد المباني من خلال عدة محاور و هي : أولا، تطوير مرسوم تشريعي بشأن تقليل احتياجات تبريد المباني، من خلال تحليل مخزون المبنى الحالي سيتم بعد ذلك اختبار القانون من خلال حالة دراسية واقعية في مبنى عام.

ثانيا، التدريب على آلية من خلال برنامج مصمم لتحقيق كفاءة الطاقة و الطاقة المتجددة بالتالي تقليل احتياجات تبريد المباني.

ثالثا، تحليل مخزون مباني عن طريق تقييم تدابير توفير الطاقة الممكنة لتكييف الهواء و تقليل احتياجات تبريد المبنى من خلال تطوير نماذج محاكاة المباني.

رابعا، دراسة أفضل سوق للتكنولوجيا المتاحة (BAT) عن طريق تقييم تقنيات التبريد من منظور تكنولوجي و تقني، بما في ذلك تأثيرها البيئي و التكلفة الإضافية التي سيحدثها.

English Abstract

The research aims to highlight a project that aims to develop, implement and monitor customized measures that lead to a reduction in building cooling needs.

while working on the application of innovative mechanisms to spread the use of renewable energy and energy efficiency to provide a framework that serves the construction sector and aims to expand the scope of clean energy technologies in Egypt, this is done by focusing on reducing the cooling needs of buildings develop a law to reduce the cooling needs of buildings through some amendments in design and materials used.

the project deals with reducing the cooling needs of buildings through several axes, namely : first, the development of a legislative decree on reducing building cooling needs, by analyzing the existing building stock the law will then be tested through a realistic case study in a public building.

second, training on a mechanism through a program designed to achieve energy efficiency and renewable energy, thus reducing building cooling needs.

third, building inventory analysis by evaluating possible energy-saving measures for air conditioning and reducing building cooling needs through the development of building simulation models.

fourth, study the best available technology (BAT) market by evaluating refrigeration technologies from a technological and technical perspective, including their environmental impact and additional cost.
